He was a Senior Dietitian in the NHS prior to joining Arthritis Action 10 years ago. Martin runs the Arthritis Action dietetic clinics in London and online. He is also currently facilitating our Home Strength online exercise programme for Members and our new Movement Snacks programme. Marc Williams – Host Marc is Services Manager for Arthritis Action, he has a background as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. He also hosts the Arthritis Action Podcast and is involved in several different projects addressing MSK conditions in the leisure sector.
