05 January 2018
We are excited to announce Arthritis Action is sponsoring this year’s annual lecture by Arthritis and Musculoskeletal Alliance (ARMA), with a talk by Dame Carol Black, who will be reviewing the progress to date, as outlined in the recent government paper ‘Improving Lives: the future of work, health and disability, and the other actions, tools and guidance needed to make progress’.
As Member of the musculoskeletal conditions community, Arthritis Action welcomes the conversation around increasing access opportunities for people with disability, looking at how chronic conditions can impact on the individual. Considering the tremendous physical and mental strain of experiencing chronic musculoskeletal conditions, it is paramount, that access to work and wellbeing is considered on a greater scale by the Government.
The lecture will take place at 6pm on the 29th January, at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and you can book tickets here.
