Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 150ml semi-skimmed milk
- 150g/60ozs high-protein yoghurt
- 1tbsp clear honey
- 1 large pinch of ground cinnamon
Recipe
- Chop the banana into large chunks and place in a blender.
- Pour in the milk and yoghurt.
- Add the tbsp of clear honey and a large pinch of cinnamon
- Blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and serve.
- Enjoy! If you like, sprinkle a little more ground cinnamon onto the top.
