We are very excited to announce that for the first time, we will be hosting an SME in collaboration with the Community Leicester Arthritis Self-Help (CLASH) group in Leicester!
About SMEs: We run Self-Management Events (SMEs) at different venues across the country. They take place over two half-day sessions and are open to the public. Attendance is free for all to attend! We just require you to let us know you want to come along, to make sure there are enough seats.
As an attendee, you will learn how to manage your arthritis by trying out different techniques to see what works best for you. In short, our self-management events may help you overcome the physical & emotional problems caused by living with arthritis that can affect the quality of your daily life.
When: SMEs are held over the course of two consecutive half-days, so there’s enough time to digest all the information.
Day 1 runs 2 – 4.30pm & Day 2 runs 10.30am – 1pm.
