Movement snacking is a brief period of gentle movement, typically less than a minute or so, which you can incorporate easily into your daily routine. Our arthritis-friendly ‘Movement Snacks’ email series consists of five sets of weekly exercises, targeting your balance, core, upper body and lower body. By repeating these whenever you get a moment, e.g. as you boil the kettle, or brush your teeth, you can increase your flexibility, coordination, and support your joints in movement.
