Arthritis Action has partnered with Western Power Distribution (WPD), the distribution network operator for the Midlands, South West England and South Wales. The partnership will allow the charity to collaborate on a number of upcoming projects to help support Arthritis Action’s continued pledge to improve the quality of life for people living with arthritis.
WPD is partnering with Arthritis Action to raise awareness for their free Priority Service Register among people living with arthritis, which helps them provide services and look after anyone with extra communication, access or safety needs.
WPD is sponsoring the new Online Groups for the East Midlands, West Midlands, and South regions, where people living with arthritis can meet with others from their local area. WPD is also sponsoring our upcoming Trek Snowdon Challenge in September, where members of the public can sign up to trek across Snowdon for a day.

Sometimes power cuts can happen for reasons beyond our control and we know this can be particularly worrying especially for our vulnerable customers.
