Dog Jog: 5k around the UK 24 June 2019 Exercise and movement can play an important part in keeping arthritis at bay. Add in man’s (and woman’s) best friend and it can be fun too! The Dog Jog is a 5k walk that you can take your furry four-legged pet along to – so speed is not an issue. You can go at your own (or your dog’s pace) and have the opportunity to raise funds and awareness for Arthritis Action.
