Arthritis Action has joined 56 organisations in a letter to the Prime Minister urging the rethink of the government’s COVID-19 response, organised by National Voices, the coalition of health and social care charities in England.
The letter highlights the need to urgently address the rights and needs of people who remain at high risk from the virus, like people with compromised immune systems, or previously defined as clinically extremely vulnerable, ahead of planned lifting of lockdown restrictions scheduled for the 19th of July.
