Banana, Honey, and Cinnamon Smoothie Ingredients 1 banana 150ml semi-skimmed milk 150g/60ozs high-protein yoghurt 1tbsp clear honey 1 large pinch of ground cinnamon Recipe Chop the banana into large chunks and place in a blender. Pour in the milk and yoghurt. Add the tbsp of clear honey and a large pinch of cinnamon Blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and serve. Enjoy! If you like, sprinkle a little more ground cinnamon onto the top.
