Spiced Yoghurt Chicken Kebabs

Serves two.

 

Ingredients

  • 30ml or 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • ½ tbsp of Cajun pepper
  • ½ tbsp of ground cumin
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ tbsp of light brown sugar
  • ½ tbsp of lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 175g or 6 oz skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks (you can buy pre-cut)

 

Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the chicken breast into one large bowl.
  2. Add in the chicken and toss well until the chicken is covered in the ingredients.
  3. Leave the chicken to marinate in the fridge for at least two hours.
  4. Thread onto skewers and put onto a foiled tray. Grill on the grill rack for 8-10 minutes, turning every few minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Enjoy!
