Serves two.
Ingredients
- 30ml or 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
- ½ tbsp of Cajun pepper
- ½ tbsp of ground cumin
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- ½ tbsp of light brown sugar
- ½ tbsp of lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 175g or 6 oz skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks (you can buy pre-cut)
Recipe
- Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the chicken breast into one large bowl.
- Add in the chicken and toss well until the chicken is covered in the ingredients.
- Leave the chicken to marinate in the fridge for at least two hours.
- Thread onto skewers and put onto a foiled tray. Grill on the grill rack for 8-10 minutes, turning every few minutes until golden and cooked through.
