Chia Seed Pudding - Arthritis Action

Chia Seed Pudding

SERVES: 1

Ingredients:

30g (1oz) chia seeds

240ml (8.4oz) almond milk or soy milk

1 tablespoon Agave nectar or honey or maple syrup

Top with fruit of choice

Method

Mix chia seeds and almond (or soya) milk in a sealable container.

Wait 5 minutes and mix again, removing any clumps.

Seal container and place in fridge overnight or for 4 hours.

Add agave nectar (or sweetener of your choice), fruit and enjoy!
